Potable water storage tanks commonly located in the basement and on the roof of many multi-storey buildings, require constant care and maintenance.
The ball float valve pictured are usually connected to higher volume tank fill valves, that if not serviced correctly can cause flooding or in most cases losses of many thousands of litres of water to waste overflow.
Also, the tanks themselves are required by the Australian Standards to be regularly cleaned and maintained to AS3500. If left for extended periods uncleaned can have large build ups of scale and sludge.
Call CPM to discuss your routine servicing of tank fill valves and to arrange tank cleaning to the correct standards.
